Remedios Moscote
Remedios Moscote was a young girl of the second generation. She became married to Colonel Aureliano Buendia and attempts to bear his child. She dies of a miscarriage. One could possibly say that Remedios Moscote found solitude in death. Death, for some, is considered one of the most intense solitudes in existence. Her lifetime was clearly not one of much solitude. Becoming married at such a young age and attempting to bear the child of a man so much older than she must be a chaotic lifestyle.

Remedios the Beauty
Remedios the Beauty, as stated in her name, is quite beautiful. She eventually becomes the most beautiful girl in all of Macondo. Remedios the Beauty is submerged in a sort of solitude due to her childlike innocence, despite the fatal attractions of the men around her. She does not become a slave to desire and eventually ascends into heaven, which could also lead to solitude.

Renata Remedios ("Meme")
Meme's life doesn't seem to reflect an outstanding amount of solitude from beginning to end. Her love affair with Mauricio Babilonia ends up putting her in prison for the rest of her life because her guard ends up shooting him and paralyzing him. One may suppose that Meme may have found solitude in her long term imprisonment, as some do. Prison does not seem like a place of solitude, but some may find it if it becomes necessary because they have to spend their entire lives there.
